How do you place an order
Describe the idea of the souvenir or other product you would like, your approximate budget, and the time you want it done by.
We will contact you by the communication method that is best for you – you can either receive a phone call or have information sent to your email address.
After negotiating all the terms and conditions, we will produce samples of your products. We will be sending you photos and videos of those. If necessary, we can also send the samples themselves.
After obtaining your final approvals regarding the product design, we will sign a contract with you. After receiving your advance payment (usually 50%), we will commence the production of your gifts.
You can have your products delivered by the shipping company of your choice. All of our shipments are insured.
Usually, those who have worked with us once, return to become our regular customers.
